Styling Tips

How are the pros using Moéa hair care products in their salons? Steve Lococo, Beverly Hills salon owner and stylist to the stars, has a few ideas for you.
  1. To help strengthen color-treated hair, follow your color service with a Noni Seed Oil treatment. Add 3-4 drops of Noni Seed Oil to your conditioner of choice, apply to hair, and put under heat for 10 minutes. Your clients will experience less color fading and will enjoy the feel of stronger, healthier hair.
  2. To help curl and wave performance without the 'frizzies', try Moéa Gel Crème. The weightless formula has a medium hold that seals in moisture, reducing unruly frizz and creating shine and manageability.
  3. To tame coarse, unruly hair in a natural style, leave in a little Moéa Smooth & Hydrate Conditioner. It improves manageability and protects hair from environmental conditions. For locked-in shine and sleek styling, use Moéa Gel Crème. This hybrid styler creates smooth, shiny results when applied with heat. The UV protectant also helps reduce color fading and gives an illuminating shine from roots to ends. Apply a teaspoon-size amount and emulsify throughout the hair. Style straight with heat for manageable, healthy feeling hair.
  4. Add 2-3 drops of Noni Seed Oil to your in-salon chemical service. This helps improve the health of your client's hair while the chemical service is performed. The added protection will result in improved scalp and hair porosity.
  5. The Moéa Styling Gel Crème is great for both curly/wavy and straight styling. It helps eliminate frizz and you will experience a healthy look with a weightless hold and luminous shine.
    1. For curly/wavy styling, apply a quarter-size amount of Styling Gel Crème throughout the hair. Allow the warmth of your hand to spread the gel crème. Comb through and style into place, or blow dry with a diffuser. This styling process will enhance the curl with shine and weightless hold.
    2. For straight styling, apply the same method as above and blow style with heat. The conditioning properties will provide a sleek, smooth look .
